2019.10.24 The details of “Seppuku Pistols“ performance, November 2-4

Sorry to keep you waiting! Finally, we will announce about the details of “Seppuku Pistols“ performance from 2nd to 4th f November.
During the fall season, Seppuku Pistols will perform with Japanese musical instruments at some of the 88 temples in Shikoku and other places .

2019.09.27 Exchanging time of the voucher at Awashima Information Center


Awashima Information Center (inside of Awashima Development Center) is on the left side after crossing the pier at Awashima Port.

Opening hours are from 9:00 to 16:30.

However, please note that The voucher can be exchanged to a passport ticket from 9:30 to 16:30 .

In addition, at the Suda Port Information Center where liners depart and arrive, the voucher can be exchanged to the passport ticket from 8:30 to 17:30.
If you are in a hurry, please exchange the voucher at the Suda Port Information Center.

2019.09.25 Enjoy the Sanuki Udon noodle with Vietnamese Chicken Pho soup in Awashima!



Dinh Q Le, , the artist explores the fusion cuisine of Vietnam and Setouchi as "PhoUdon", which mix the famous Vietnamese noodle dish “pho” and “Sanuki udon” from Kagawa.

Enjoy the Sanuki Udon noodle with Vietnamese Chicken Pho soup! Provided with local dish, "Iriko- Meshi (Seasoned rice with dried small sardine)".

Pho soup is from Chicken bones, Onion,Ginger, Sharrot, Star anis, Cinamonn, etc.
You can see the spices with photograph on the wall here!


Iriko- Meshi
Iriko is dried small sardine of Setouchi. It's one of the specialities of Ibuki-island, next to here. This "Iriko-meshi" provided by local moms is with taro, carrot, Daikon raddish, fried tofu, Konnyaku inside.

Spices
Please enjoy with topping (Coriander, Basil, Shiso-basil) on Udon. Chicken taste better with Local-made "Iriko-Miso"
