●About the Setouchi Triennale
The Setouchi Triennale takes place in the picturesque setting of the Seto Inland Sea. Its theme is the Restoration of the Sea, and it aims to revitalize the island communities that once thrived in this beautiful natural environment and to transform the region into a Sea of Hope.
After March 5, we will announce them.
The Triennale Passport provides one-visit admission to almost every Triennale artwork and facility.
Official guided tours will provide an in-depth look at the Triennale’s aims, achievements and attractions. They are also a great way to enjoy the food of this region. Tours are by reservation only.

●3-Day Ferry Pass Covering 8 Ferry Routes
A special 3-day ferry pass will be sold during Setouchi Triennale 2019. The pass provides unlimited passage for 3 consecutive days on specific ferry lines that service the islands of Naoshima, Teshima, Megijima, Ogijima and Shodoshima.
Advance discount price: 2,200 yen (Nov. 8, 2018 – Apr. 25, 2019). Regular price: 2,500 yen.
*Can only be used when the Triennale is in session.
Period of Validity: 3 consecutive days starting from the 1st day of use (unlimited passage while valid)
Sales Outlets: Convenience stores and ticket agencies. Please exchange the vouchers for the passes during the Triennale at ferry ticket counters or Setouchi Triennale information centers.
●Where is the best place to stay?
It will be useful you to stay at Takamatsu for transpotation.
In Takamatsu, the biggest information center will open, and from Takamatsu, lots of ships regularly operate to islands.
