An open program of a forum where government, companies, art organizations, etc. working on regional development by art in Asian countries gather. And they will share experiences, learn and talk.
This time, the second, will create a discussion place and a network under the theme of "tourism", "art festival" and "community development".


As the opening session, we will invite experts who are active in various fields as lecturers at "Kagawa International Conference Center" on Wednesday, August 21 to hold keynote lectures.
