Following the path of a haiku poet Haiku poet Mo Masaishi was diagnosed with Hansen’s disease while detained in Mongolia after World War II. He spent the rest of his life incarcerated in Oshima. The artist followed Masaishi’s footsteps to create a video work and installation with Masaishi’s relics.
