The World from one and only Perspective

ho14

Using stones from the quarry, the artist depicts the landscape as seen from the stones' point of view. The stones literally dusted themselves off and painted the present Setouchi with their own colors and hardness on the black sandpaper. The stones that have been worn away by the painting are also exhibited at the same time, allowing visitors to enjoy the individuality of the various stones produced in the Seto Inland Sea.
