A garden of the spirit made of shrubs and weeds The artist created a healing garden for residents and visitors. Plants native to the island were used, such as Japanese Cheese wood, ubame oak, and torch azalea, which was transplanted from the hill where the residents used to enjoy strolling. Bonsai trees grown by sanatorium residents were also incorporated. The garden is envisioned as a place for visitors and residents alike to enjoy a peaceful stroll.
