Past positions held at the Cuisine Nature Ciao Bella in Roppongi, Tokyo (currently in Nishi-Azabu), Osteria Giulia at Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture as Sous Chef, and Gastronomia e Bar Giulietta in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture as Head Chef.
