Okawa has set up a studio within an abandoned house where she and related artists will conduct workshops to weave art from scraps of old clothes contributed by the islanders and visitors. The interior and exterior of the house will gradually be draped with colorful cords of cloth. The opening of a boutique in the adjacent storehouse is also being considered.
