Artwork No. te07-B

Tom Na H-iu

Follow a narrow path tracing up through a bamboo grove and encounter a contemporary monument symbolizing life and death sitting in the middle of a pond. The sculpture, which is connected to the Kamioka Observatory (Super-Kamiokande) by computer, glows each time a supernova explosion is recorded, signaling the death of a star.
